Manpower Development Program

Oska~Jo & Partners Ltd has in place a Manpower Development Programme, which enables its members of staff to be trained periodically in order to ensure that we are up to date with the latest trends in our various fields of service. This is achieved through regular in-house training, seminars and exhibitions attendance.

Our on-the-job training programmes for interns, graduates and engineers is designed to develop local capacity and competence in the profession.

This in keeping with the company’s aggressive Nigerian Content policy drive.
